Custom Order

What is a commission? In art, a commission is described as an act of requesting a creation of a piece. In other words, it is a request for a custom jewelry project.

Step 1 - Custom Order Form

If you haven’t done so already, please fill out the Custom Order Form. By filling out the form, you will provide us with the initial details + ideas and allow us to get to know you a bit better to help create your custom piece. 

Step 2 - Consultation
Once we had reviewed the details of your request, you should receive a follow up e-mail so that we can schedule a consultation, either via telephone, online or in person. The call should take approximately 30 minutes (the in-person meeting can take approximately 1 hour), which will give us the opportunity to thoroughly go over the details of your project, such as design ideas, budget, timeline, and to answer any questions you may have.  

Step 3 - Contract, Design and Estimate
After the consultation and receipt of all necessary data, we will begin creating your design. Once you've approved of the design, a written Contract will be sent to you within 7 days via email. Along with the Contract, you will receive specific details of your project, your final design, estimated cost and a completion timeline.

Step 4 - Deposit
In order to get the ball rolling, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due with the signed contract. This will guarantee your place in line and we can begin creating your masterpiece.  

Step 5 Completion & Delivery
Since each customer and their Commission piece is unique, the completion timeline can vary based on many factors (usually 2 to 3 weeks but longer for more complicated designs). While we’re working on creating your masterpiece, be on the lookout for more emails from us with the progress we’re making on your project. We will typically check-in with you every 1-2 weeks or when milestones are met.
